After dropping out of university, going broke, and becoming single, Selma is facing a crisis in life. When she is evicted from her dorm on Independence Day and has to move in with her successful younger sister Elin and her boyfriend August, it seems like life couldn’t be more humiliating.
During eight different afterparties spanning a distinctive summer, we follow Selma, Elin, and August. But when Selma develops feelings for August, she is suddenly trapped between her emotions and her own sister.
